Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to the US and the UK. The total you pay, including any taxes, is shown before you confirm the order.
Large items
Carpet cleaners, wet-dry washers, robots with a dock and full-size vacuums ship free as well.
Ordering for a UK address
The vacuums, washers, carpet cleaners and robots in this shop are the US models. UK mains supply is different from the US, so check the electrical rating on the manufacturer’s page for your model before ordering one for a UK address. Tools, accessories and cleaning products are not affected.
Batteries and liquids
Cordless vacuums, cordless washers and robots contain lithium-ion batteries and ship by ground in line with carrier rules for that class of product. Cleaning formula is a liquid and ships by ground as well. This does not change the 7–10 business day window for US and UK orders.
Order changes and wrong addresses
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or if you entered the wrong address. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can push delivery past the 7–10 business day window. We keep you updated by email when that happens.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace it or refund you in full.
